Christopher: actually this is the first time i've been asked this question, no they are not for sale....with this work you'll have to search around for a copy. You could try Printed Matter (New York), and I notice there's a copy on the Specific Object website, although I'm uncertain if this site is still active....anyway, good luck in tracking a copy down.....steve
